After 65 episodes, we’ve had to make the tough decision to put the show on hiatus for the rest of the year as we navigate some big changes in our personal lives. We’re stepping back for now, but we plan to return in 2025 and will catch you up on everything then. Bread and Better is hosted by Tegan Padget a qualified personal trainer, sports nutritionist, chef, and owner of the online lifestyle coaching business called Fitty Tegs, and Alex Whittington a freelance feature writer, producer, the owner of Hey Al! Productions, and a mum of three. We aim to not only discuss the issues that affect us as women - but also how the issues we deal with, and how we respond, can affect those we influence - our kids, our nephews and nieces, our siblings, our cousins, our godchildren, our best friend's kids. We are committed to opening a dialogue where we explore generational patterns in the health, movement and mindset space, and make real change.
