We will be discussing real life problems with being a mom in a hustle culture and how to manage it. It is so important that we learn how to take care of ourselves physically and mentally.

    I am Anna Pexa and I love helping other moms and women manage the crazy world we live in. From working full-time, juggling kids activities, managing a house and running a business. We will talk about ways we can stay healthy and maintain some sanity. Join me as I walk you through the lessons I have learned along the way. Each and everyday we can be learning how to become the best version of ourselves.
