Thursday Night Football showcased two head coaches who are making a major impact on their teams with playoff berths very likely in grasp. With Jim Harbaugh in his first year back in the league at the helm of the Los Angeles Chargers and Sean Payton in his second year leading the Denver Broncos, both are proving to be difference-makers this season for their teams.
