  • While stationed in Germany as a private in the U.S Army in 1974 Lonnie and some of his army mates would see a 17 year old Ingrid walking to the train station alone, they asked her if she wanted a ride and I'm not sure what they said or if they seemed trustworthy. Maybe they were in their military get up but she would say yes to the ride. he Almost as soon as she was in they would speed off and keep her in the car at knife point, once in an area they deemed “safe” they would take turns assaulting Ingrid, Ingrid would say she could remember flashes going off like someone was taking photos of her during the assaults.

    When they decided they were done they started to drive her back to the train station, it appeared they didn't have intentions to kill her. However Ingrid was a smart cookie, she would flirt with Lonnie before getting dropped off and she convinced him they could go on a date and she got his phone number
