  • My last Panic Attack, Virtual Dating, Being Ghosted and its Effects: How bad and toxic it can be to people, the silence from another person who you are supposed to be important. And how being in an incertitude space during a relationship, no matter if it's virtual or physical, can have devastating effects on people's mental health and self-esteem. To the point, I started questioning my sexual orientation, my balance, and decisions in life.   In this episode, first hand I tell my story, what I have been through and how today I'm moving on from that terrible outcome in a virtual relationship with a man. And how slowly I'm taking action in my life to continue to live no matter how much pain I carried over my shoulders.   After that negative experience experience I decided to be strong to this way of living, with awareness, and open eyes to my environment keeping always present that My life is: 1- A divine gift and work in progress. 2- As time goes on, i choice to live, full of love, and a healthy environment.
