    Just the casual back yard race where you challenge your buddy to race to the fence. You might get that kind of feeling at a back yard ultra. The format is simple really. One loop is 4.167 miles, you start every hour, you run one loop, and as long as you're back in the starting corral before the next hour starts, you keep on continuing until you are the "last man or woman standing".
