Mostly brilliant but some inaccuracy/language issues
I generally love the Zoe podcasts and I like this one too BUT… Sarah is using language like ‘can’t’ for implementing a window of 6 hours, more positive language would be to say SOME people may struggle but some don’t.
Also Sarah said the 5/2 diet is severely restricting calories for 5 days and eating ‘normally’ for 2 days. This is not correct. The 5/2 is fasting for 2 days (with a 500 kcal meal of required) and eating as you normally would for 5 days.
Gin Stephen’s mentions ZOE all the time, you could point to her (considering you’ve had her on your podcast) to let people know they can learn more about implementing a fasting lifestyle if they want to learn more.
