Today we bring family to the table! This week we feature Eric Newell, brother to host Dave Newell. Eric talks about his process in scaling through the middle phase of company growth, taking consistent risk and hiring skilled workers even if you don't know where to put them yet.

Eric Newell is the CEO and co-founder of Stoneridge Software, a Microsoft partner specializing in implementation, consulting, and support for Microsoft Dynamics Business Applications and technologies. What started as a three-person organization in 2012 has scaled to 300 people. Stoneridge Software is now the #7 Microsoft Business Application partner in the US and part of Microsoft's Inner Circle and Partner Advisory Council. Prior to founding Stoneridge, Eric spent 13 years at Microsoft starting as a support engineer and working his way up to Support Operations Manager and ultimately the Premier Field Engineering Manager for the Dynamics ERP applications across North America.
