Hiring Charles Lee, filling out his staff, trading for a defensive-minded guard in Josh Green, taking a chance on a high-upside prospect in Salaün, adding veteran leadership in Taj Gibson and Seth Curry, going 7-1 across all competitions this summer, and building a true culture/identity within the organization.
