    American Nurses Foundation Gratitude Podcast - How to Share Gratitude with Your Team & Colleagues, with Amy Graber, MSN, RN, OCN, and Katie Feley, DNP, RN, NE-BC Welcome to a special series on Gratitude brought to you by the American Nurses Foundation through the generous support of the Center for Disaster Philanthropy’s Disaster Recovery Fund. In this special series we will explore how developing gratitude practices can significantly improve your health and well-being, while also improving your work, safety, relationships, self-care, growth, and joy. The American Nurses Foundation has undertaken this work as part of its Well-Being Initiative, which supports nurses’ mental health through the pandemic and beyond. Decades of research have shown that practicing gratitude is highly effective in promoting physical and psychological health, both at the individual and organizational levels. This podcast series builds up previous work conducted by the American Nurses Foundation in partnership with the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley. Gratitude Practice for Nurses toolkit was designed to create easy-to-implement evidence based practices. In this episode, Amy Graber, Magnet Program Coordinator, Nursing Administration, CHI Health Mercy, Katie Feley, Chief Executive Officer, Indiana State Nurses Association, Executive Director, Indiana Nurses Foundation, and I go on a journey to discover how to share gratitude practices with teams, colleagues, coworkers. We talk about the impact when these gratitude practices are shared, encouraged and supported. We arrive at a understanding of how gratitude has made significant impacts in work cultures, team development, and the customer experience.
