I am not sure it is fully possible but that is what I strive to do and try to get better at every day. People are ultimately attracted to us, our business, our brand when we are ourselves yet it is one of the most difficult things to do...be ourselves.


    I am really inspired by younger women and their ability to really show up and shine as they are. Really embracing themselves and their bodies in all shapes and sizes. They are choosing confidence.


    We are not just doing this work for ourselves, it will affect generations to come. It already is.
