Clone Wars Conversations continues with the second part of Season 5 (episodes 6-13)! Dave, Maff & Mike talk in-depth about two arcs in this episode, as their journey on this Clone Wars companion podcast continues!

In this episode, the trio discuss the first arc (ep 6-9); where a group of younglings go on a quest to Ilum for their lightsaber (Kyber) crystals with Ahsoka & Yoda and then meet Huyang to help construct them, where they are interrupted by a certain pirate; Hondo! The second arc apparently features George Lucas’ favourite Clone Wars episodes (10-13), where a small-statured general goes on a mission with a handful of droids to infiltrate a separatist ship and end up being stranded in the desert known as The Void before finding a curious out of place local. As well as talking about these episodes, Dave, Maff & Mike discuss George Lucas’ involvement in the Clone Wars, Huyang’s appearance in Ahsoka, droids in Star Wars and more!

This week Mike speaks with Louise; the second alter from the Doug Vincent System to appear on GCC, to explain how the alters within the system have used the MBTI Personality Test to better understand themselves and their roles.

In more detail, Louise starts by speaking about her “awakening” within the system, before answering some questions from you (the lovely GCC audience) about DID, including alters “switching” control over the body. Louise then provides an in-depth explanation about what the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) is, how it was created, what the letters actually mean and how their system utilizes it for the different alters.Mike also took the test and is a Protagonist (ENFJ-A), with the “Diplomat” role and his strategy is “People Mastery” – he explains his results in more detail and he & Louise discuss what they mean. Greetings Programs! 2024’s final episode of Disney Discussions is Mike’s choice; TRON (1982) & TRON: Legacy (2010)!

In more detail, Mike first talks about why he chose this classic movie and it’s legacy sequel, then each person talks about their first memories of TRON. After going through the numerous characters, plot points and special effects of the original, the gang talk about the same things in Legacy while comparing them to TRON. Special effects and visuals are a huge part of TRON’s appeal, but is it enough to make a satisfying sequel? Spider-Dan has also read some TRON comics and has watched the animated series TRON: Uprising, which he talks about too.

Mike & Megan’s month in America is over and this is their final podcast about it, where they talk about their final days at Disney World and their journey home!

In this release, M&M first speak about EPCOT*! They talk about their expectations and what they actually experienced in the park; from the Guardians Of The Galaxy & Mission: SPACE rides, to the 11 countries at EPCOT lake, to the aquarium & attractions focusing on sustainability of earth. The following day, M&M went to Animal Kingdom for the first time to experience the safari, rides like Everest and the Avatar/Pandora area. After this, M&M talk about their 4 remaining days at Disney and the sort of “gap-filling” that they did, to go park hopping and have different experiences to their 4 “main” days at each park, including meeting characters, going on the newest ride; Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, having more food, going to Disney Springs and so much more, before they describe their return home and favourite parts of Disney World! *EPCOT stands for Experimental Prototype Community Of Tomorrow.
