Prologue

More on what drives me and how I want to show some tough love to those who need it most. Drag up a chair and pop open a beverage of your choice. Today will be about what we need to try to accomplish together, and how it applies to us all to help heal each and every one of us.

And that includes you. Don't be too shy. I bite, but only a little. At least you have that warning.

Stare into these blue peepers and experience my soul through a voice with the intention to bring you out of your own dusk and into your own new life.

I look forward to seeing your butterfly create its own flap to help start a movement where anger can be used for those deserving of the energy it consumes. We cannot leave this mess to our kids.

Remember when you said you would never do to your kids what your parents did to you? Now is your chance to make it right and have a life with those you desire.

Take the first step with me on that grueling road-march we all need to stay in shape no matter how much it hurts. Strap on your LPCs and bum a smoke.

We are going through some shit, and we all need this talk.

Those who invoke violence for violence sake shall be warned to be careful for that for which they wish for. It never ends well for anyone no matter the side of the gun or sword you stand on.

I don't want to have a pity party, and yesterday I fell into bad habits.

A short message about a promise to you to be honest and that this is a lot of processing for me. Confusion is my constant companion.

But you are here to glean for life improvement, I am not here for reliving old memories.

I can be overstimulated now that I have found a new special interest.

I promise to take more breaths and keep it healthy for us all.

I posted an episode and upon a friends comment, I realized it probably wasn't what I wanted. Too much emotion and sharing, not helping and not necessary to put out.

This is today's then, and again, I am trying, still new to this whole thing, learning what is appropriate and helpful, today's earlier post just wasn't that.

This one starts with some clarification, but it comes around, don't be pushy. You deserve the whole picture, so allow me to create a story by giving you understanding of what I do with explanations of some why.

Autism is relentless, and a gift I would never return at this time in my life.

I have never felt more free. Come and share in my knowledge and give yourself self care. Listen to me bitch a little story at you. I'm painting like a verbal Bob Ross, just my paintings have some tears on them because sometimes I can be a big baby...

Veterans need special care. Adding to that, autistic veterans are going to be at a higher level of chances of death by their own hands or illness.

The average autistic person will live to be about 54. Think about that. The average age of a veteran, 67. Adults without these things live another 7 plus.

Your time is short, and stress shortens that. Autistic people suffer a lot of stress. Veterans suffer from exposure and injuries.

Autistic veterans, well, you can figure it out.

So, lets talk about my experiences and get this shit show started

Prologue

This is a follow-up to the first episode. I wanted to cover a few items first mentioned and clear the air, and ended up with this. If you were upset from anything mentioned in the first part, this ties it all together.

We veterans and our families are worth every opportunity to mention what ills we see in the world. We are the ones who's asses the checks are made out to for your freedoms, the families being the ones who sacrifice the most.

Autism exasperates this for everyone involved; at home, at work, the grocery store, in church. it is the invisible elephant standing in the middle of the home between the family that just can't deal with it anymore. And that can lead down a dark path

This show is going to be a starting ground for a movement, a start of a generational voice to gain hold and take back individuality. Take back control of our lives.

To accept others for who and what they are. Learn how we speak common languages but fail to communicate. To be heard. Feel loved.

To discover yourself and how deep and dark we really get and the strength to find our way back out together.

To bring new perspectives to your lives and I hope enrich life for you once again.

I am an autistic veteran. This introduction will not be for the faint of heart. I am going to touch on a lot of subjects. But first, a chance to get to really know my current self. One of dedication and loyalty. But now with real honesty.

And I will correct misspoke comments in the next episode as I find them.

I promise what you hear is authentic, but only you can tell with enough time. Allow me to show you a new perspective, to offer a helping hand, to say things to piss you off.

All in the pursuit of an open dialogue and to have a good old fashioned throw down.

The Veteran's Administration, the US Military, and society as a whole needs our leadership. Lets dust each other off and show them how its done.
