Andrew is currently the AP at Auburn Primary School and shares his incredible journey with us today. From starting a teaching apprenticeship at the age of 18 in his home country of New Zealand, to working as a casual relief teacher in Melbourne, to now working as the AP at Auburn Primary, Andrew has some really fascinating insights into what makes a good teacher and leader. He is also passionate about Indigenous education, having utilised his upbringing in Maori culture to bring a Maori perspective to the classes he taught while in NZ.
