  • Delia talks to author, mentor, and writer, Vanessa Walters. Vanessa chose the phrase, “Follow the energy”, because it represents a point in her life where she felt like she could disappear. She was a new mom, working in a new country and she felt she was disconnected to her writing. She was teaching Zumba, feeling her writing was just, ‘good’. In the end, Vanessa realized that she needed to make mistakes, in order to find herself again.
