There’s forgiveness for others and for ourselves I myself struggled with 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 ---We have to forgive ourselves for what we allowed when we weren’t standing in our truth ---Whether it's forgiving your parents and understanding they did the best they could ---Or if there’s something from your past that keeps coming up 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐭, 𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧, 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 Create some space  And give yourself time to do your hobbies and habits that bring you back to yourself We have to build ourselves back up in order to stick to what we are learning and what we know we should do Remembering to have patience and refraining from wanting ill against that person ↓ Conscious forgiving - not letting it be the main thing you focus on, allow yourself to let it go layer by layer You decide when you’re really ready to forgive It's time to bring more intention back to our lives 𝓜𝓸𝓻𝓮 𝓼𝓪𝓬𝓻𝓮𝓭𝓷𝓮𝓼𝓼 Create a ritual or a ceremony around it, releasing ceremony It’s a process it’s not a one and done Create an environment  I bring intention to my own process of forgiving by creating an environment that makes me calm and happy My space is filled with plants and everything I love Trust me it really makes a huge difference! Today I'm inviting you to practice forgiveness, take time to let something go, so that YOU can invite more peace into your life
