Failing New Year’s Resolutions - Part 1

  • Summary

  • Many New Year’s resolutions fail (and other goals) and they fail due to multiple reasons. But the one particular reason that we discuss in this episode is when they fail as a result of us not reflecting back on the previous year. When a goal is not set with any reflection at all, it runs the risk of them being meaningless, unrealistic and even irrelevant sometimes, resulting in goals being set up for failure.

In this episode we discuss why and how New Year’s resolutions and other goals fail like this and see how we can revive and reset them again.
