Tegan McGrady, a professional soccer player currently for the Washington Spirit, attended Stanford University and played for the Stanford Cardinal women's soccer team. She was a member of the 2017 national championship team. Washington Spirit drafted McGrady with the No. 7 overall pick in the 2019 NWSL College Draft where she has been ever since. McGrady had a very succesful youth and collegiate soccer career adn continues to prove that she is an elite pro athlete in the NWSL. Tegan has made several appearance with Team USA throughout her career including the U20 team and also the Senior National Team. Tegan joins the podcast to share her experience from a young three sport athlete to being part of one of the best collegiate soccer teams in the history of Stanford Athletics and where her journey has taken her. 

Haley Videckis is a very succesful former Women's College Basketball Division I athlete. She is also a bright young activist in the LGBTQ+ community, using her own personal experiences from college to inspire change. Haley is also a passionate writer and soon to be published author. Dana Vollmer, one of the world's greatest swimmers 19-year career was one filled with accomplishements and accolades, Dana competed in 3 Olympics, won 32 international medals, and broke 6 world records—despite many setbacks and hurdles along the way. In 2016, she became the first ever mother to win a gold medal in the olympics. Her illustrious career transitioned into motivational speaking after she was finished in the pool. Dana now speaks about the secrets that helped her become the fourth most gold-medaled athlete in US history while balancing a loving family and a rewarding career. Her goal is to empower others to take control of their journey and live more fulfilling lives.

Alaina Coates, most recently a member of the Washington Mystics, was drafted in 2017, 2nd overall pick, by the Chicago Sky. During her time in the WNBA she spent time with the Chicago Sky, Atlanta Dream and Washington Mystics. Alaina has also spent time competing professionally overseas, most recently in Israel. Alaina played at the University of South Carolina where she won an NCAA Championship.  She went on to become a 4x All-SEC player, and All-American. She sits down to discuss her recruiting experience, college and professional career. 

Amanda Scarborough is currently a sports broadcaster for ESPN and former softball player. Amanda player her college softball at Texas A&M, where she was a two-time NFCA All-American and the 2005 Big 12 Conference Player of the Year. As a freshman in 2005, Scarborough went 26–2 (11–1 in Big 12 Conference games) as a pitcher with an 0.73 earned run average and was the team's best hitter with a .405 batting average. A first-team NFCA All-American, she became the first player to earn both Freshman of the Year and Player of the Year honors from the Big 12. After a stellar career and starting nearly her whole career, Amanda joined the Texas A&M staff as graduate assistant before becoming a professional broadcaster at ESPN. Aurora Straus is a 22-year-old professional racecar driver in the USA, a student, and a musician. She currently competes in the IMSA Continental Tire Sportscar Challenge, and previously raced in the Battery Tender Mazda MX-5 Cup. She is currently attending Harvard University while competing as a professional.  At 19 years of age, was the only professional teenage female sportscar racer in North America. Megan Oldham is a 17-year-old freestyle skier winning golds and rising to the top in the winter sports arena very quickly. Megan most recently medaled at the 2021 X-Games in Aspen and also won a bronze in slopestyle at the FIS Freestyle Ski and Snowboarding World Championships 2021. Megan continues to climb FIS Slopestyle World Cup standings and sits down to talk about her journey to the podium from being a young athlete and the many adjustments she has made being one of the younger pro athletes on the winter ski circuit. 

From the gridiron to the slopes, AJ has covered it all. She's been behind the camera and in front to it, she's written for magazines and communicated over the FM airwaves. Aj is currently a Sports Reporter and Anchor for Koin 6 CBS Portland Affiliate and Co Host of  “AJ & Dusty” on 1080 The Fan.  A passionate story-steller and professional journalist, AJ is currently a sports anchor and reporter for KOIN TV in Portland, Oregon. Since moving to the PNW she has thrust herself into all things Pac 12, Rip City, MLS and NWSL. Prior to the move back to her native West Coast, AJ spent nearly three years in Fayetteville, Arkansas as the weekend sports anchor and reporter for the ABC affiliate. There she was often a one-woman band, shooting, writing, producing and delivering stories that mattered to her audience. She covered everything from the SEC to breaking news and severe weather. Prior to that, AJ covered the Olympic qualifying events for Universal Sports Network for the 2014 Sochi Winter Games. She shared the stories of some of the most amazing Paralympic and Olympic athletes.
