    Have you ever felt frustrated about the amount of time it takes to achieve a goal? I get it! Sometimes it feels like a waste of time, resources and energy because it's just taking too long for it to happen. Sometimes the mental toll of waiting for all the pieces to fall into place finally takes over and takes you out of the game and you quit. OR There are people in your life who keep asking if 'you're there yet' or try to convince you that you're not going to win. OMG I've been there soooooo many times! I have a few pointers to get you over the hump and past self-doubt. Be consistent - do something eery day to get you towards your goal Dream Board - create a dream board for your goal Write down your thoughts - the good ones and the bad ones Find successful stories - from people who have done what you're doing Review how far you have already come Tweak your mindset - keep a healthy mindset by inventorying what your thinking and adding inspiring and motivating information Find a goal buddy - someone you can share your thoughts with and be accountable to. Look at your dream board and review what you want from your goal, how will it make you feel when you achieve the pieces on your board. Feel the emotions of succeeding. Have faith - keep the faith and confidence in knowing that you're doing it. Everyone stumbles once in a while. The trick is to keep moving. Keep on keeping on - always keep going! Only you can get what you want from your life and only you can do what it takes to succeed at your goal YOU ARE WORTH IT! Dream big always and in all ways! Love Vanessa
