Your resume is your number one tool to getting the job you want; it is a reflection of you. Give it the time and care it deserves. Your resume also needs to reflect the job you want. That means tailoring your resume for each role you apply for, including keywords specific to the role and understanding the applicant tracking systems. In addition to your resume, you’ll need a cover letter and LinkedIn profile to round out your professional presence.
