Host Stephen Dominy explores the importance of inclusivity with ODK members Brandon Bell and Manny Caudillo. In Part 1: Deconstructing Bias, our guests help us identify our biases and teach us to deconstruct them as the first step to developing more inclusive membership and societies. Brandon Bell is a University of North Carolina Wilmington circle. He is currently a diversity, equity, and inclusion consultant in the Greensboro, NC area. Emmanuel (Manny) Caudillo is a University of Southern California initiate. He is Senior Advisor at White House Hispanic Prosperity Initiative and for the past ten years has worked for the U.S. federal government on education issues.
