    No surprise, I will not tell you one explicit way to move your body but talk you through the importance of the individual choice, and the goal as that ensures sustainability when it comes to exercising.
    There are kazillions of ways to move your body and it is all exercising. You don't even have to categorise what you are doing if you don't want to.  The doing itself is what's important.
    And then I encourage you to try out different paths, go for team sports, go for leisurely activities, learn a new pattern.
