  • In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing about the fact that you have to give up certain things in order to be healthy. The one thing about an addiction is, it’s not about the drugs, alcohol, food, relationships, or the things that you consume that’s the problem, is the fact that you don’t wanna give up these things because of your dopamine. The things that make you happy you don’t really want to give up because of the way they make you feel. And when you are happy, you ignore all the negative things that come with that happiness. And food is no different. When it comes to the things that you enjoy, you want more and more of it. And that’s what makes food or anything that you consume and acknowledge unhealthy. Because when it comes a dopamine, it’s all about that happy place, and anything that makes it happy. Anything that the dopamine doesn’t want as far as your happy place, is not going to accept it. And it’s gonna cause a lot of reactions to the body because it affect it doesn’t want or like it. So we’re gonna talk about dopamine a.k.a. your feelings. This is gonna be interesting interesting podcast. Cause I don’t think people are really ready for this conversation.
