  • Welcome to another amazing episode and yes I know you're like what hell is with the name Sit Ya Ass Down!! Well I said what I said! LOL but no seriously in order for us to bring the spread of this virus to an end we need to be proactive in making sure that we are following the mandates given. It's hard yes but you're protecting not only yourself but your friends and family. With so many battles spiritually and mentally going on we can't lose the sight of the normalcy that we all need at this time! I also spoke about how the pandemic has screwed up so much but especially the entertainment industry...good conversation I promise!
