Another wonderful listen.

I thought the first podcast with Lauren Golightly would be a hard act to follow, but not a bit of it. This is a truly wonderful listen for someone like me who has received a relatively recent diagnosis of Crohn's disease. The exchanges between these four "Crohnies" really brought home to me the value of conversation and shared experiences. I was left a bit in awe of the way they have developed both coping mechanisms and mental attitudes which see them through the inevitable dark moments and into the light. I can't recommend this podcast strongly enough to anyone who has an IBD or cares about someone who does. Bring on episode 3!
