Although we have come a long way in establishing gender equality in this country, we still have a ways to go.

The corporate workplace, particularly in male-dominated industries, can still be very challenging to navigate as a woman, both because of misogyny we experience from outside of ourselves and the internalized misogyny we perpetuate within our own personal belief systems.
