My guest today is Natalie McCabe, a parenting coach. Most, if not all parents have used technology to entertain our kids, and of course, to entertain ourselves. But how often do we stop to notice how our moods are impacted by the use of technology. Technology is a part of our lives, and will always be, so trying to do without (for ourselves or our children) is just not going to happen. So instead, we need to learn how to set boundaries and limits, and recognize what we need to do to manage the behavioral or emotional pitfalls that come with using technology.
