  • Derfel is reunited with Nimue on the Isle of the Dead, but realises that they’re trapped. Meanwhile, Arthur brokers a difficult peace with Aelle. Derfel and Nimue fight off cannibals as they attempt to escape the Isle, before being saved by Arthur. On a glacier, Merlin finds a powerful Treasure of Britain, but realises it is filled with blood – a terrible omen of things to come.

    This final episode of the podcast features Production Designer James North and Co-Writer Kate Brooke, as they discuss the magnificent sets and design of the show, as well as the challenges of adapting the Arthurian myth for the screen.
