Worked like a charm!

Worked for me at 3.30am!
A lovely soothing voice against a background of gentle rhythmic sound. Set my sleep timer for the end of the ‘chapter’ but I don’t think I heard more than 5 mins. Slept soundly until morning! Thank goodness. Those 3.30am wake-up-and-fret times are awful so hopefully this is my new go-to.
