Welcome to the very first episode of the 4D Podcast – Reclaiming Narratives. In this premiere, Winnie, Nike, Hannah, and Bukola (B)—four incredible women of colour—share the inspiring story of how they came together, formed an unbreakable sisterhood, and launched this podcast.

These four powerhouses, each holding senior leadership roles in corporate spaces, open up about their journey of accountability, empowerment, and personal growth. What began as a space to vent about their experiences in the workplace has evolved into something much deeper—a supportive bond where they can show up as their authentic selves.

In this episode, we explore the power of sisterhood and how crucial it is to have a strong, intentional network. We talk about finding psychological safety through friendships built within your industry and career, and how these connections can nurture both personal and professional growth.
