  • Today we dive into creating a recipe for a bouquet--mostly in the context of bridal or bridesmaid bouquets. There is no concrete formula that I use all the time, which gives you the flexibility to tailor the bouquet to your own style and the client's style vision!


    I love looking at the overall texture and playing around with different types of flowers to create different styles or emphasize a certain look or feel.


    Use a marking method to start to get familiar with the ratio and quantity of each flower type that you like (and the proportions that create each different style) and you will be intuitively writing bouquet recipes in no time.
