In this episode I talk about one of my favourite subjects, a tool that has truly changed my life and brought me so much understanding and love for myself & others: Human Design! I am a certified HD reader (Jenna Zoe School) and have been experimenting with this tool for the last years. It has helped me grow & embrace myself so much!

This episode is basically a free mini course in HD: You get an introduction to how this system came about, what it is, and my approach to working with it. Then we talk about the first & most important layer of HD: Energy Type. I explain what this means and why knowing about and living in alignment with our Energy Type is so enriching and empowering. I then go on to talk about each of the 5 types in detail – below you find the times of when I start talking about each piece of information.
