During the industry strikes, Michael took a leap and went all in on his passion for cooking - specifically Neopolitan style wood fired pizza- and he's gaining happy fans!

What started as a passion for feeding friends has turned into wrap-around-the-block lines at events like Burbank Holiday in the Park and the most recent IATSE “All In “ Mixer and Pac event . But this isn't just any pizza. Think 12 hr smoked brisket pizza, Tennessee-style pulled pork, and homemade cheese, and dough. Are you drooling yet?
