I’m thrilled to welcome my dear friend Sari Rose Barron, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and certified EMDR therapist, to the podcast this week! She is the founder of SoCal Individual, Family, & Trauma Therapy, a group practice providing holistic, trauma-informed care to clients across California and Oregon. Known for its compassionate, comprehensive, and specialized approaches, the practice helps clients navigate life's toughest challenges- and major life transitions- with personalized support.
