  • My recovery brother Jeremy shares his amazing journey through the depths of addiction to sobriety. With over 6 years sober he speaks about starting to use alcohol and weed at the young age of 12 years old.

    Jeremy identified himself as an athlete playing multiple sports in high school. While playing varsity sports his drug use broadened to other substances. He decided to stay in his hometown and didn’t pursue college football.

    His addiction grew heavily over the course of 10 years. With multiple relapses and hospital stints nothing was working in his favor to get sober. He shares this amazing God moment which turned his life around and got him down to southern Florida.

    Jeremy started Recovery Through Repetition, which is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to connect those in the recovery community through a shared passion for fitness. BAMN RTR
