I've been feeling this need to deep clean, purge, and get rid of sooo much accumulated stuff... and that draw to deep clean or get rid of tells me 2 things: 1. Follow the urges, follow those messages to get rid of and shed old things, 2. Expansion and growth are on the other end of this period, as long as you shed.

    As always, just stay in loving awareness and "in witness" of your emotional reactions at this time, and try your best not to hold onto or attach to the things that are surfacing right now. It is so hard, but so so worth it.
