It is a continuum of affordable housing from ending homelessness to preserving & producing more rental housing to increasing ownership and it is supporting ways to get individual & family incomes up – workforce development efforts. Also supporting small businesses / entrepreneurs. Small businesses are drivers for new jobs, raise wages, & provide additional benefits for low-wealth residents in their neighborhoods.
