Dale Truelove of Rotherham-based DTS Plumbing and Heating Services has the honour of being the very first guest of the Embrace and Overcome team.

As a younger man and an apprentice, he worked for various companies, including a family business. Having experienced the ups and downs of being employed, Dale launched a side hustle which would go on to become a successful plumbing firm that will celebrate 10 years in business in 2024.

Dale discusses the challenges he faced, the transition from employee to business owner, and the advice he would give to himself ten years ago.

An enthusiastic and switched-on individual, Dale makes for a great first guest of the podcast.
