On October 30, 1993, Hollywood actor River Phoenix had come off a day of shooting and was hyped to go Johnny Depp's LA club, The Viper Room, to jam with his mates, including Flea from the Red Hot Chilli Peppers. But things didn't work out as planned and instead of playing on stage with friends on Halloween, River ended up dying on the pavement outside the club from a deadly speedball. What happened that night? Who gave him the speedball? RIP River.
