Q: How do I create an event that keeps people wanting to come back?

A: Love this question! First, you don’t want to have an event, you want a signature experience. The experience creates a lasting impression, transformation and impact. To trigger these responses we look at incorporating elements that please all 5 senses. To make your event signature, you need to curate a community culture that is recognizable and set apart from other events. Maybe it’s your visuals, maybe it's gifting or activities. Whatever these elements are, it should be authentic to help people say, “I can’t wait to go back because of this specific thing that I haven’t experienced anywhere else.”
