  • With this podcast i give a small overview of some of the places i've been along with some of the things i've seen. For what it's worth, I give out my technique here but it will mean nothing to you unless you find yourself in the proper situation.

    So remember before you project, it is important that you set the intention. Ingrain the intention into your head. Though this was the last thing I mentioned it's inclusion is very important.
