• 10 Reasons Why You Must Absolutely Embrace Your Failures
    Apr 29 2022

It’s impossible to achieve success without first experiencing failure. Thomas Edison, arguably one of the most successful inventors in history, famously said, “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.”

Embracing your failures is essential to success because it allows you to learn from your mistakes. Every failure brings you one step closer to success because you learn what doesn’t work and can focus on what does.

Failure is also a great motivator. When you experience a failure, it often motivates you to work harder and try again until you eventually succeed. Failing repeatedly can be frustrating, but it’s also a sign that you’re pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone and trying new things.

In this podcast, I'll be sharing 10 reasons why you must absolutely embrace your failures, and below are the summary:

    • Opportunity to connect the dots and see the big picture
    • Benchmark your level of engagement
    • Uncover your biggest strengths
    • Does "Success" really exist?
    • Inspire others to do what you do
    • Avoid getting bitter
    • Reduce what I call the "lag time"
    • Helps you know what you really like - faster
    • A thought on showcasing accountability

  • Why Staying On Course For Long-Term Creates Path-Breaking Success?
    Mar 24 2022

In order to achieve amazing success, it’s important to think long-term. When you focus on the short-term, you may be tempted to take shortcuts that can compromise your long-term goals. But if you consistently work toward your goals and allow the compounding effect of time to work in your favor, you can achieve amazing things.

Of course, this doesn’t mean that you should never take any actions that don’t directly help you reach your goals. There will be times when you have to make compromises in order to stay on track. But if you make a habit of thinking long-term, you’ll be more likely to stay focused on what really matters and less likely to give up when things get tough.

The best way to achieve success is by setting realistic goals and planning for the long term.

In this podcast I'll be sharing 5 points that will help you become a long-term thinker:

    1. Success is a game of eliminating failures & Pareto's principle
    2. The factor of competition
    3. Mastery is a time-intensive activity
    4. Your attitude, habits, routines, and rituals are the ones that are going to write your success story
    5. Allowing time for the Compounding effect to kick-in

  • From a Leadership Aspirant to a Legend - 12 Stages of Evolution as a Corporate Professional
    Feb 23 2022

Leadership is not a static state but evolves over time. It is not a title or a badge but a responsibility to help, guide, teach and serve others in the best possible way.

When you get into the corporate world, you'll realize that every day is a game of collaboration, managing, leading, and juggling between different priorities.

While you do this, it is imperative that you keep upskilling yourself to stay relevant. Gone are those days when the "leadership" title was only bestowed to the old and the experienced. Now, if you are a problem solver, you are a leader; if you are a teacher, you are a leader and if you are a change-maker, you are automatically a leader.

One of the key problems when it comes to growing in your corporate profession is not knowing what the path might look like. You always have a choice to make when it comes to growing in the technical line of operation or transitioning into a leader.

If you choose to become a leader, you find that there are 12 stages of evolution that you'll go through, again, it is up to you to decide when and where you want to stop:

    1. Wanting to grow into a leader
    2. Awareness about the importance of self-discipline
    3. Implementing systems that makes you self-disciplined
    4. Learning skills of Leadership
    5. Transitioning into a People's Leader
    6. Growing your Personal Brand
    7. Influencing others to follow you
    8. Create a community of self-disciplined influential Leaders
    9. Collaborative Leadership
    10. Entrepreneurial Leadership
    11. Market & Domain Domination
    12. Legacy

In the podcast, I also talk about the 6 values that come into play during this stage of evolution, a value system on which my community is being built.

If leadership, creating an impact, growth...etc are things you resonate with, let's meet live, and let me share things that I am learning and implementing in my own career.

  • 21 Things I Learned Being With My 2 month Old Niece and Nephew
    Jan 7 2022

Infants learn more than we give them credit for, and they will learn more than we teach them if given the chance. What I also see is, most of us are so busy teaching anything and everything that never worked in our life to infants who are growing up.

Towards the end of the year 2021, my twin sister along with her twins (a boy and a girl) came along to my place and we as a family are having the time of our life with the two cute little kids around.

Over the last 30 days, I have learned so much by being with the kids that I feel we try to stuff all our learnings (that probably never worked in our life - just re-iterating) into the life and lifestyle of kids.

If you have the mindset to learn, even an infant can be your teacher. I truly believe in the concept of being a life-long learner and in this podcast, I'll be sharing 21 things (22 in fact), that I learned being with my 2-month-old niece & nephew.

If you are tuning in to my podcast for the first time this year (2022), I want to wish you a very happy new year. This podcast is going to be a fun one!
