    Espace Real Estate recently tracked 20 of the most popular villa and townhouse communities across Dubai, such as Emirates Living, Arabian Ranches, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Hills in terms of buying and rental activity.


    The biggest percentage increases in average sales price were seen in Dubai Hills (+41%) and Arabian Ranches (+30%).


    Neeil and John Lyons also spoke about their five-year review from 2020 to 2024, highlighting a substantial year-on-year increase in transaction value and volume.
