    I know... negative thinking is a hard habit to break. Especially in the consistently negative world that we live in. Before you even put your feet on the floor in the morning you can be overwhelmed by negativity by just picking up your phone or turning on your tv.

    But this doesn't mean that positive thinking is impossible... it just means that in order to be more positive you'll need to be more intentional.

    We can't just go through our everyday lives allowing our brains to run wild! Which is exactly what the bible says, "take your thoughts captive and make them obedient to Christ."

    Coach Jack is going to provide you with some amazing ways to begin to start studying your thoughts and shifting them toward positivity.

    Now, remember, just like anything else that you are trying for the first time... this is a practice. It will take time, celebrate the small wins, and give yourself lots of grace in the process.
