This episode has been a bit of time coming. I'm changing the format of the show from dramatic reads of public domain stories to all original weird fiction. There's a lot of the public domain stuff out there, right? Who needs more of that. So I'm offering all new tales - from new writers and old. Thanks to Tari Takara for providing the voice of "I'm not Melissa" And Thank you to Fromagnum Man for the theme music. Check out Fro's new album, Cormudgeon at FromagnumMan.com. I picked this story because I wrote it in 2001ish or 2002ish, I can't rememeber. I reworked it back in 2008. I'm presenting it now as I picked it back up - amateurish, imperfect. I even had another name back when I worked on this piece. Since then I've been helping other writers to write and publish their ideas and not thinking anyone would be interested in mine. I cheated myself. So get your asses out there, young writers. And publish, publish, publish. I encourage other writers to just get out there and publish. Now is your time... Go to DreadGlimpse.com/submissions for details on submitting your stories to Dread Glimpse for consideration. Check out TheWeirdFictionWriter.com for how tos and discussions on Weird Fiction and writing Weird Fiction. I hope you enjoy this story. It marks a moment in my life. One that I won't edit. Till next time, Gentlebeing. Stay healthy, try to stay calm, and as always, STAY WEIRD.
