Hello friends. First I'd like to apologize for the delay in releasing this episode. Chris was feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and was struggling mentally recently which made it difficult to get the episode out on time. Second he'd like to reassure anyone else feeling that way that it will pass and make sure you talk to someone about it. Things get better over time; even the hardest moments don't last. Struggling is hard but persevering is the key to brighter days.
