He has worked with organizations like the American Red Cross, the Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit and Washington, and the center for Workforce Inclusion. Don is the current co-founder and CEO of the Initiative Baltimore, a professional leadership consultant, and the host of the leadership and Professional Development podcast with Don Gatewood.
