As a millennial, I am lucky that some portion of my life I grew up without the impact of social media, rampant consumerism, and the social isolation that is happening now to future generations, impacting Gen Z.

Not all equity is created equal especially since there are some firms where that matters, others where that equity will never amount to anything.

Thus, consider all the factors so you make the RIGHT decision for your future!
