what an incredible GM

A bunch of very talented role-players, who work really well together. The GM's list of talents seems to never end, including story building, improvisation, and superb character work.

Some direction and resolution

ill be honest, I never thought to leave reviews on the podcast on Audible. I've come onto this platform after getting irritated with another, and the podcast format works well on here.
C3 starts to feel like there's some progress now. after the last episode of combat heavy story we have a mainly narrative RP one where we resolve the Keyleth sidequest, and start extrapolating about the meta-plot, where to garner more intel, and some hefty insight into Ashton (who I think needs more development still). Sam and Travis provide the comedy, as ever, and the rather weighty mood is eased with some daftness with divination.
unlike some I'm enjoying the one large plot vibe to C3, although the pacing can be very inconsistent. also enjoying the tethering to C1 and C2, although I worry it feels a little like an Exandria finale and that C4 will be something totally new.

The Podcast that got me into DnD!

Critical Role is ttrpg meets beautifully crafted radio drama! Matthew Mercer's descriptions and the banter of a lovable cast of nerdy ass voice actors all combine to make a listening experience that is both entertaining and attention grabbing.
