In 2005, Mark Anderson committed arson in the building his own business resided  in an attempt to cover up poor business practices. The sparking of this idea eventually led to the destruction of 4.5 million bottles of wine worth $250 million alongside the burning of multiple other businesses residing in the Wines Central Warehouse at the time. Mark passed away in January of 2023 following his compassionate release from prison, a release many people disagreed with.

Not all wine country crime is bloody murder! About as family friendly as it can get on this show, today I'm discussing a controversial former Napa Valley winery and the accusations of wrongdoing associated with them. This episode's case developed between 2013 & 2014, had court time between 2015 & 2016 and has yet to come to a final conclusion. All of the information in this episode was organized based on what was in reported articles at the time.

In 2003, after a night of drinking two young men chased and struck down a retired former race horse. This is the story of the crime itself and the trial that followed, but I'll also be sharing relevant backstory related to the Kunde family and property.
